The Breville has all the features I need and none that I don’t; it isn’t too big or heavy; the bowl base is narrow enough to easily accommodate and effectively mix small amounts of ingredients.
I’m very impressed with this stand mixer. As soon as I opened the box, I knew this was something special. The finish on the mixer is very nice and the weight is heavy but not too heavy. It’s a beautiful piece of art for the kitchen.
I cannot believe how easily it handled all tasks and what a time saver it was in cooking and baking for such a large group. Who wouldn’t make rolls and cakes and cookies with such an easy to use machine?
